Not only did they use the power washer, they used a soft bristled brush to scrub the house and gutters to loosen the dirt and green algae that had grown on the shady side of my house. They used a solution to help clean the surfaces as well. The flagstone patio looks like new. They asked me to inspect my house to see if they missed anything or if anything was not done to my satisfaction and when I was satisfied, I paid them.
